PRICES

Our rates include breakfast and WIFI Internet and are based on occupancy of the room by 2 people. Our prices indicated are in euros, VAT included, excluding local taxes. Invoicing is done in Moroccan dirhams. The exchange rate applied is 1 € = 11 DHS.

LOCAL TAXES

The Riad having the status of guest houses must charge 2 tourist taxes to their customers :

- The Tourist Promotion Tax (TPT): 10 DHS per person per night.
- The Communal Tax (since January 2008): 15 DHS per person and per night.
These taxes are paid to the Municipality of Marrakech and to the Moroccan National Tourist Office.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

All reservations will be guaranteed and will become final upon receipt of a DEPOSIT of 50% of the total number of nights reserved. The deposit is to be paid either by credit card or bank transfer when booking within 8 days after requesting the deposit by email. After this 8-day period, Riad Heklek reserves the right to re-let the room (s) and / or suites mentioned in the booking confirmation. Payment of the balance and any extras will be made at check-out at the Riad in cash (dirhams) or by credit card. In the case of an online reservation the deposit must be paid by credit card at the time of the online reservation.

TERMS OF CANCELATION

- More than 15 days before the scheduled arrival day => deposit refunded 100%.
- Between 15 days and 7 days before the scheduled arrival day => Deposit refunded up to 50%.
- Less than 7 days before the scheduled arrival day or no show or interruption of stay => 100% of the total amount of the reservation is due.

HALF BOARD (RFP)

The RFP must be confirmed either when booking or upon arrival at the Riad (at check-in).
The RFP is at the price of DHS 220 per person per day. It is only valid for the total duration of the stay.
Any meal not taken is due. The RFP consists of a starter, a main course and a dessert, which will be offered on the daily menu. (Excluding drinks).
The RFP concerns dinners only.

PRIVATIZATION OF THE RIAD

Privatization is only possible for a minimum stay of 5 nights. The number of people accommodated cannot exceed the maximum capacity of the Riad, ie 12 adults. The price of the night corresponds to the total of the nights in each room plus, if applicable, the supplements mentioned above. The reservation will be guaranteed and will become final upon receipt of payment for the full price of the stay within 8 days of the payment request. After this 8-day period, Riad Heklek reserves the right to re-let the rooms. Payment for any extras will be made at check-out at the Riad in cash (dirhams) or by credit card. Modification of the number of people after receipt of payment: in addition, the price remains unchanged and fixed on the basis of 6 rented rooms (12 people maximum).

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS WHEN PRIVATIZING THE RIAD

- More than 30 days before the scheduled arrival day => payment refunded less 3,000 DHS fees.
- Between 30 days and 15 days before the scheduled arrival day => 50% of the total amount of the reservation is due.
- Less than 15 days before the scheduled day of arrival or no show or interruption of stay => 100% of the total amount of the reservation is due.

FORMALITIES FOR INDIVIDUAL TRAVELERS

You travel on an individual basis as long as you are not traveling through a tour operator.
For any individual traveler, a valid passport (6 months after return) is COMPULSORY, including for children. The tourist stay is limited to 3 months.
Certain nationalities are subject to obtaining a visa, check with the Moroccan consulate in your country of residence.
Moroccan law prohibits hotels, guesthouses and riads from receiving unmarried Muslim nationals.

FORCE MAJEURE

Destination Bonheur is only held to fulfill its obligations to the extent that no force majeure event hinders them.

ONLINE RESERVATION BY CREDIT CARD - GENERAL CONDITIONS OF ONLINE SALE

The "click" which you will execute after having completed your order form constitutes the validation of your order and will constitute irrevocable acceptance of these general conditions.

OBJECT

This contract is a distance contract which aims to define the rights and obligations of the parties within the framework of the sale of the products of the company Destination Bonheur, on the Internet. www.riadheklekmarrakech.com is a service and a registered trademark by the SARL Destination Bonheur.

PRICE

The prices mentioned on the web catalog are indicated in Euros inclusive of tourist tax and tourist tax, valid at the time of consultation by the customer and are those in force at the time of the order. The purchase order is made in Euros and transactions in dirhams at the fixed rate of 1 € = 11 DHS.

EXECUTION OF THE ORDER

The order will be executed at the latest within 24 hours from the day following that on which the Consumer placed his order. In case of unavailability of the ordered Product, the Consumer will be informed at the latest within 48 hours and will have the possibility of canceling his order by email. He will then have the choice to request either the reimbursement of the sums paid within thirty days at the latest of their payment, or the exchange of the Product available on the web catalog, in this case another room or suite of Riad Heklek as well. category.

PAYMENT METHOD

To pay for your order by credit card, you choose the means of payment among those offered by Destination Bonheur on the Order Form (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro). In this case, the transaction is remitted for debit from your account within the day following the date of the delivery confirmation.
The Consumer guarantees the Company Destination Bonheur that he has the necessary authorizations to use the method of payment chosen by him, during the validation of the Order Form.
In the event of payment by bank card, the provisions relating to the fraudulent use of the means of payment provided for in the agreements concluded between the Consumer and the card issuer between the Company Destination Bonheur and its banking establishment apply.

DATA CONFIDENTIALITY

The information requested from you is necessary to process your order and is treated confidentially. You have the right to rectify any data concerning you. For any request for rectification or deletion of your data, please refer to paragraph 3 of the Legal Notice.

CANCEL ORDER BY CREDIT CARD

Any order cancellation, in this case an online reservation of a room, must be done by email, using the Contact form on the site. The conditions for canceling an order and any penalties for canceling an order are governed by the same cancellation conditions as for offline reservations detailed on this page.
